What payment methods are accepted?

1. Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via STRIPE, the safest payment processing platform for online shopping.

2. PAYNOW: We accept local bank transfers via PAYNOW across all local banks!

Local Delivery

Free Delivery is available upon indicated promotion only. Is only available for local addresse in Singapore. Is valid for one time, one way trip only. Is valid for ground level or lift landing level only. Delivery to non-ground or lift level which require manpower carriage is chargeable additional of $20 to $30 per flight of stairs depending on (1)distance, (2)stairway difficulty & (3)Number of items.

Failed Delivery & Re-delivery request is chargeable at S$80. Please kindly be around at selected timing and day to receive your order.

International Orders

After order has been placed, our team will get in touch with you over email to confirm your shipping details and give you an estimated period of arrival. If you are living above second storey in your country, do note that certain items are too bulky to be deliver to your doorstep. Do contact us via email before placing your order.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds upon goods received in good condition. There is no coverage given on wear & tear from use over time.
